At Liberation Lens, we believe in a world where everyone can live free from fear and manipulation. Our mission is to combat the epidemic of domestic and narcissistic abuse through education, resources, and community support. Many victims struggle in silence, often unaware of the help available to them. We aim to create a platform that provides essential knowledge and tools to help individuals break free from toxic situations.

My Journey

In 2019, I faced the painful realization that I had been a victim of narcissistic abuse for years. It took time to understand the emotional and psychological manipulation I endured, which eventually escalated to physical abuse. My search for help was disheartening; I found scattered information that often left me feeling confused and isolated.

Through this journey, I discovered vital resources and support systems that could have made a significant difference in my life. This inspired the creation of Liberation Lens—a space where survivors can access the information they need in one convenient location.

Why Liberation Lens?

Liberation Lens is here to illuminate the hidden nature of abuse and challenge the stigma surrounding it. Our expert-led platform offers:

Education and Resources: Clear, accessible information about the signs of abuse and steps for safety and recovery.

Community Support: Connections for survivors with others who have shared similar experiences, fostering a sense of belonging and understanding.

Safety Tools: Awareness about essential safety apps and legal resources to ensure victims know their rights and options.

Our website, currently in development, will feature a comprehensive directory of laws for victims, essential safety tools, informative videos, and the Liberation Lens app. This app is in its final stages and will be available by the 31st of March.
